First success!

Just a hurried note from a busy Araon! We have managed to recover our first mooring and all instruments and data are salvaged.

We have also deployed our first mooring and are now busily preparing the next deployment, which will be with the instruments that we recovered from the water yesterday. So we are working against the clock to get everything ready in time. Sadly both Korean moorings appear to be lost so the atmosphere is a bit subdued.

But they have 4 more moorings in the water, three of them in very nice spots so they should get a fantastic data set if they manage to recover those. We keep our fingers and toes crossed for success next time!
